OMG YES!!! If you haven't read The Hunger Games trilogy yet, I can't recommend it highly enough. I even have my husband reading them now, and he devoured the first book. (Then said, "I can't believe that was a Y/A book...") I cannot wait for this film. And yes, I've been on board with Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss from Day One.

ReplyDeleteI LOVE the books. I've gotten my aunt and cousin into them since I first read them in Jamaica back in January (it took me two days to read them, they were so good!) Without a doubt, one of my favourite series. I can't wait to see the movie in March! I'm sure it will be a movie I'll see more than just once (much like the Harry Potter movies).

ReplyDeleteMy hometown is District 12. Seriously - we were the base for filming. (Yay, we're a poverty-stricken mining district! I bet the Chamber of Commerce just adored that . . . ) Kidding aside, I'm actually quite stoked to see this!
