Mostly, I write about television, and with this being the home of the Great Buffy Rewatch of 2011, a lot of that television is Joss Whedon-related (when it's not about Lost). Stick around if you love Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, Sherlock, Lost, BtVS, Doctor Who, or anything on HBO.

For about two weeks after that episode, I went around saying "I'm out of that nancy-boy hair gel I like SO much."
Many people were confused.
I'm waiting for my phone to ring for an interview (eek!) and am all stressed out about this. This was the perfect stress-reliever. Ah, I love Spike!
I love how this fits so well with the real Angel. 2nd only to the glory of Cordy and Wes pretending to be Angel and Buffy, and anything with Muppet Angel!
If only this Spike could be so kind tell us what he thinks of the S8 comics!
(That being said from what I know of S9 it's actually doing a decent job of repairing the damage from 4 Years Screw Up.)
It was, Dusk. Not so sure about that now.
Eh, I know they included a real-world contraversy recently and the way they dealt with it could be called cowardice or a bail out, but making I think the goal was to just raise the issue. Having the character really go down that path isn't something I personally could see happening. And if they did, I doubt they could just forget about it, but wallowing in S6 didn't play well, and comics don't even have the benifit of actors to convey emotion. And doing so may go over better in this fandom then others, but it would still cause a divide, which they can't risk if they're trying to repair the brand.
I laughed myself sick the first time I saw this, and it's just as hysterical now as it was then. God, I miss Spike!!!!
