Attention Southern Ontario Lost Fans

I really should have posted this sooner, but I'm going to be leading a discussion of Lost (specifically, I hope, Season 4 of Lost) at the Kitchener Public Library in Kitchener, Ontario tomorrow night -- Tuesday, June 17 -- at 6:30pm. It's about an hour from London, an hour from Toronto, and I know several of y'all live in Toronto, so come on out and let me meet you in person!

You can call the library to register ahead of time (this is just to give them a sense of the numbers; no one will be turned away at the door) at 519-743-0271, ext 255. The program is scheduled to go until about 8pm. For more information, visit the Kitchener Public Library website here. Here are the directions.

some extra notice would have been nice! Sorry I couldn't make it, are you planning on doing any more discussions this summer?

Sorry I couldn't make it last night, but I was too busy being on a high from meeting John Barrowman. You need to watch Doctor Who, Nikki.

Hope everything went well.

Yeah, earlier notice would've been nice. :) I could've flown to Southern Ontario for this (and to escape work, of course).

Are you gonna post pics, audio clips, video clips, etc.?

Nikki!

Thank you so much for making your way to the Kitchener Public Library! Your talk was amazing. As Events Planner, this was a step away from my usual programming content and the audience reflected that as well. (*waving* hi and saying thanks to any of the participants that came out and might be checking your blog). Your wealth of knowledge and passion was evident and it was wonderful to hear your theories, and other speculations as well.

KPL would be thrilled to host you anytime, and definitely would welcome a repeat visit following next year's finale.

For those that missed her talk, I highly recommend finding out where Nikki would be speaking next ~and make your way out to her Lost presentation, it’s definitely worth your time and travel.

Again, Nikki, thank you for visiting us in Kitchener :)

thisguy and adrienne: Yeah, yeah, I know, it was extremely stupid of me not to post it earlier. I was so busy with the pre/during/post-Slayage stuff that I neglected to mention my main thing.

The discussion was great, though, and while it was scheduled until 8, we took it until 8:30, when Sheila, the poor librarian, had to practically kick us out because the library was closed. :)

Sheila: Thanks for posting, and for having me! Everyone who worked at KPL couldn't have been more accomodating, and my only regret was that I didn't bring my camera to take a picture of the big sign out front that said, "Are You Lost?" (Especially since I'd gotten so woefully lost on the way in to town! hahahahaha)

P.S. When reviewing some episodes and looking back at the season, I discovered a bunch of great stuff, so I'll be posting it soon here for the Losties.
