Mostly, I write about television, and with this being the home of the Great Buffy Rewatch of 2011, a lot of that television is Joss Whedon-related (when it's not about Lost). Stick around if you love Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, Sherlock, Lost, BtVS, Doctor Who, or anything on HBO.

Most likely the Throuvian is actually watching Torchwood, given the definition.
The funny thing is that talk to most British fans prior to the new series and "Whovian" was anathema to them (and was anathema to others elsewhere). I despise the term. It's one of those cute American sobriquets. "Doctor Who fans" does quite nicely for me.
"Groovian" - hasn't watched DW since the 60's
Ah, so Whovian is your cosplay (hate that word.)
KangaWhovian - Australian fan.
Brew-vian: Can't watch without a six-pack on hand.
Sioux-vian: First Nations fan.
Queue-vian: Will line up for days to watch.
Don't know whether you have seen these but I thought they were kinda fun and certainly can be fit into one if not more boxes of your classification schema...
